PRINCE2 Project Management

PRINCE2 Project Management:

We follow a formalised PRINCE2 project management methodology which revolves around the division of projects into manageable, achievable stages. It also allows for a clear documentation of the overall scope of a software development project – so that the end goal is kept firmly in-sight from day one.

PRINCE2 is a non-proprietary methodology – the terms, concepts and practices used are common among a wide range of industries. This often makes PRINCE2 ideal for bridging the gap between software development terminology and the project styles familiar to our clients.

All Logic Software project managers are required to obtain the industry-recognised ‘gold standard’ PRINCE2 certification.

Mixing it up – PRINCE2 meets Agile

Our overall approach to developing bespoke software couples the methodical project management methodology of PRINCE2 with the flexibility of Agile-based software delivery.

The benefit of this is that the development process can adapt to changes in business process requirements, or new opportunities for improvement, without becoming derailed. It’s a process we’ve developed and continually refined over the last decade, and one that’s produced fantastic results for our clients.
