Our software development teams are an extremely knowledgeable bunch; that’s why we hire them. But even the most seasoned of experts can always learn something new, and with so many of our recent projects focused on training and education, we’ve been reflecting that you never really leave education. You just learn in different ways.
NHS Apprenticeship Software
It’s always enjoyable working with clients who have an eye firmly on the horizon, and who know the value of making sure you’re always finding out something new, whatever your job. Our current clients range from healthcare to tech training, and include some bright entrepreneurs with big ideas for the futures of the UK’s school-leavers.
Let’s take a look at a few, starting this week with healthcare – and pretty much the biggest sector client around, the NHS.
NHS – Keeping track of apprenticeships
The NHS is a frequent client of ours, having requested bespoke software projects ranging from automatic SMS appointment reminders to database software, workflow systems and more. This time round it’s the non-medical staff of tomorrow we’re interested in, with a system that keeps track of NHS Health Education England apprenticeships across the UK.
With 13 Local Education and Training Boards in various locations throughout the country, the NHS HEE needed a way to track and collate apprenticeship data from all Boards from one central platform, and that’s exactly what we’ve developed. Users can also drill down into the data to display information from individual LETBs, so staff can get a big-picture national view, as well as a per-location breakdown of those registered on apprenticeship programmes.
We’ll share more about some exciting new projects soon, so watch this space. If you’d like to talk to us about your software development requirements, you can contact us here.
