Responding to queries
We respond to all customer contact within 5 days, though in the vast majority of cases we aim to respond within the same day.
It’s extremely rare that our customers feel it necessary to file a complaint; we work alongside our clients throughout the software development process, dealing with any issues that arise when they occur. However, should you have cause to file a complaint with us outside of this process, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
Domain name abuse
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at email@example.com with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.
