The Principia Project, a global advisory group of senior business executives based in London, works with some of the largest corporations in the world defining and delivering corporate strategic consulting.
The Principia Project contracted Logic Software to build a visual management tool to enable their clients to disseminate corporate strategy amongst staff and stakeholders. The solution enables Principia to enter their clients’ strategic plans into a visual 3D strategy-mapping tool. The visualisation of the strategy helps senior management to get an immediate update on progress and identify areas which need further attention.
