Logic Software delivers bespoke CV solution for recruitment firm Candidate Channel

Logic Software has delivered a management system that helps the recruitment service Candidate Channel sort through CVs. It dramatically reduces the time taken to produce ‘short lists’ by including Candidate Channel’s innovative ‘SmartSort’ process, continually constructing a candidate list with the most desirable CVs at the top and the least desirable ones towards the end.
The software transforms recruitment, by using software to manage the CV-lite work flow. ‘SmartSort’ looks only at the skills someone needs to do the job, nothing else. Therefore it’s entirely objective and doesn’t care about the name or the age of the candidate, helping eliminate the human bias that can creep into the recruitment process.
This minimises the time to sort out CV’s for the recruitment firm, and allows them to track CVs more efficiently than a traditional recruiter, freeing up time to spend on hand-crafting short lists, managing candidate flow and working with their clients. The benefit to Candidate Channel's clients is that they receive a low cost, fixed fee service but without any compromises on quality.
